Cancellation policy

You can cancel your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of placing the order. If you have received your copy/copies, you will have another 14 days to return them. Once we have received the goods we will provide a full refund.

If magazines arrive damaged or not as described we will send a replacement.

Subscriptions

S(h)ibboleth magazine can unfortunately not offer refunds if you decide to cancel your subscription after 14 days of initial purchase. If at any point, however, you would prefer not to receive copies anymore, we can stop them being sent to you.
